you can try google "inurl:view.shtml"
there's no link for snooping in webcams. there are LOTS of webcams out there, and if you want a list of many of them, download the iphone app "live cams" from the apple app store.

EDIT: just google "live webcams" and i found a good one at "http://83.97.11.135/view/view.shtml"
