How to make Hot ice Sculptures using Sodium Acetate or Hand warmers

You may have seen many videos floating around the net where someone pours a seemingly normal liquid onto a plate and it suddenly freezes and turns into a hardened sculpture.

The problem with most of these and that they only tell you the main ingredient they used which is Sodium Acetate. They don't tell you how to easily obtain your own.
